Can you do a back pressure test on bank 2?
What are trims at idle and when it's at 3000?

I changed spark plugs thinkin maybe that was issue only then to throw a p0175 bank 2 rich code and no longer the cylinder misfire. Idle is very rough like its chugging especially in reverse and drive. Very limited power it only goes up hill if i floor it and even then it hesitates to get there. Ive replaced both O2 sensors up and down on bank 2, changed oil, tested each coil on plug, and took off throttle body and cleaned it as well as the TPS. Another thing when i am out of gear and rev the accelerator it it wont go above 4000 rpms.
First, there is a rev limiter, so not being able to rev above 4000 rpm in park or neutral is normal.
Second, when did you replace these O2 sensors? What type of O2 sensors did you use?
Third, have you seen these videos?
