I’m working on my crv. It was driving fine until one day it started hesitating under acceleration. MIL came on for p0300. I have fuel and I have spark. Fuel pressure is at about 45-50psi. Check compression at each cylinder and all are within spec. Did a leak down test on wash cyclinder and they call passed. I checked timing and engine is still in timing. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Based on your P0300 ...

What kind of ignition coil you have ??

COP (coil over plug) ???

1 coil and distributer ???

2 coils fires as a pair cylinders ??

btw ... check spark under load, like on a snap throttle, not at idle

If your misfire is under load ... you have to find it under load

soapy water + test light and a few snap throttle are some basics for that test

If you not feeling a single cylinder misfire ... and you feeling a no acceleration / low power etc ...
take a look at your exhaust

Good advice about checking the spark under load ;)

This is video of a Honda intermittently losing spark. This one has an external coil,(5 plug wires on the cap) I think your CRV has it in the distributer cap, (4 plug wires on the cap) but I could be wrong about that.

And this one I believe is more like your system, but it is a no start. It is a good video showing the checks on the distributer with a test light and a scope.
