Hi guys. Very new to this website and diagnostics. I am based in Australia and I have been in the trade for around 30 years as a mechanic and road safety inspector, the electrical and diagnostics side were never something I had to do as I had a friend who took care of all that who no longer lives near me and I have to start doing it all myself. Bummer!
I have a kia sportage automatic petrol v6 with a P0171 code. I have tested for air leaks with a smoke machine, I had a very slight leak at the throttle butterfly which I don't think is enough to trip the code. I have no misfire or dirty MAF, fuel pressure is around 3-4 bar.
ST Fuel trims are high, 48% and 23% on B1 B2 when I try a snap throttle my fuel pressure drops slightly and the fuel trims get higher by 3-5%.
Long term are around the 0% B1 0.5% B2 . I have tried spraying around the inlet manifold with no difference to any readings either I have also sprayed every hose I can find with no changes. I have clamped off the booster hose as well with no change. I looked at the live data of the 02 sensors and they look ok but I don't have a lot of experience looking at these things. The vehicle has do 91000klm and I cleared the code a few days ago and it came back after 1090klm with the check light on again.
Any input would be greatly appreciated guys.

Can you post the MAF reading at idle and at 3000 RPMs?
Also the freeze frame data for P0171.
As had been suggested monitor pre cat sensor at WOT.

I had another look today at it today and the 02 sensor flat lined on B1 S1 at WOT, and B2 S1 was doing its thing. I don't have any freeze frame as the KDS has no freeze frame data. I will try get some pictures on my phone and upload them tomorrow.
Thanks for the input.
