Clutch fluid Leak From Transmission weep Hole was created by scorpiomaniac
I got an other issue last day. My clutch was not working, when ever I press the clutch it presses but doesn't comes back. When I checked my clutch fluid level, there was no fluid in it . Fine. I filled the clutch fluid back in and I bleed clutch fluid and clutch was working fine. But as soon as I cranked the engine, I found that the whole clutch fluid was leaking through the transmission weep hole. When I stops the engine, dripping stops. So My question is , Is the problem related to clutch release bearing or the oil seals .

No short cut, gearbox will have to be dropped and a new slave fitted, really advisable to fit a new complete clutch. If the car is a Ford diesel and has a Dual Mass Flywheel also check for metal debris on the starter drive and excessive lost motion in DMF

Wow, I had no idea Ford was into dual mass flywheels on their diesel cars. B)

If it's a concentric slave, then yeah, the trans has to come out for replacement.

Ford Europe have been fitting DMF since the mid 1990's, of all the companies that fit them only Ford seem to have major issues with them. They became slightly more reliable after around the 2002 model year but there is a market for solid flywheel conversions. The first early warning is usually starter problems at around 60,000 to 80,000 miles due to the starter drive clogging up with metal debris from the DMF. Complete DMF failure 10,000 to 20,000 miles later.
