Ford Felcon 4.0 ohc stright 6 1996 model
Crank no start. No spark. Serpentine belt broke and damage the crank angel sensor .
Wiring integrity test
It has 2 wires .Key off engine off 0V both wires.
Key on engine off 1.5 v both wires
Key on engine off white wire 0v green wire 1.5
How do I cheak if pcm still good need to get spark

The 2 wire crank sensor on your Ford is an VR (inductive) type, this type of sensor generates its own voltage internally it dosen't need an external power or ground. The output from the sensor is an AC Square wave both wires from the sensor are output wires. The voltage you are seeing on the wires is normal when the engine isn't rotating it is a floating voltage on the computer terminals.
With this type of sensor the correct air gap between the sensor the the toothed notches on pulley is critical particularly when the engine is at cranking/low speed. Although test with an oscilloscope is best usually with this type of sensor with you can do a very rough and read test with a multimeter back probe the the two pins on the connector and with a good multimeter set to the AC 20 volt scale with engine cranking you should see 0,2 to 2 volts. With this tyoe of sensor output rises with RPM so make sure the battery has a good charge before doing the test. See also
