Hello all,

i have a 2003 Isuzu Axiom that when you turn the AC on there is very little air flow coming form the vents so it won't cool enough. At first the blower fan wasn't working due to a wire out placed, then after making the blower connection it started working and the speeds work fine. There is no cabin filter on this vehicle. The recerculation vent opens and closes fine, turning the mode to blow from the vents to floor or windshield it seems to be blowing as you can feel very little air flow coming out but its not strong enough to cool the inside of the vehicle. There is enough freon so that's not it. The other thing i noticed is the Condenser fan it's not working due to missing power on the relay but when jumping the load side of the fan relay it works. Can someone give me some of your inputs or thoughts?
Also if someone can provide me a copy of the diagram from either Alldata or Mitchell for the condenser fan relay circuit will greatly appreciate it, i tried from BB industries free copies on line but doesn't show well.

Thanks in advance

Josh

Thanks for the diagram. Following the pink blue wire of the condenser fan relay it goes into a pressure switch, do you know how this works? The brown wire on the switch if following the diagram splits up to a fuse and what appears to be a connector of some type, as it shows the brown in different spots, do you know what and where this connection is or for?

Any inputs on a possible issue with the air flow? Just thought I would ask.

I think there is more than one issue.
Can you get a good flow of hot or ambient air from the windscreen defrost?

The airflow to the windscreen and face and footwell vents is controlled by the mode actuator the controls which vent the air comes from, if you can't get enouugh air (hot or cold ) flowing from the face or screen vents it points to an actuator motor or its assosciated control module and wiring wiring ,

The mode actuator has a motor that controls a flap that sends the air to the vents that are selected --- feet, screen or face.
The blend accutator has a motor that controls a flap in the heater unit mixes hot air and cooler air (ie ambient or ac) to control temperature.

Andy,
Appreciate your thoughts, the air flow for hot or cold is the same, very little flow coming from any of the vents.
What you are saying about the mode actuator would make more sense to this issue as the flow is not enough, I’m not sure how to test that, any information would be great. I didn’t find any support on my scann tool to try to activate it.
In your experience, based on the provided information, do you think that would be the issue ?

Thanks for all your information
