No injector pulse

Good evening folks, im new in the forum and wanted an advise on a 1995 blazer 4.3 vortec 1 inyector with spider, the issue I have with thise truck is that its staling, I have good signals from the ckp and cmp sensors and good spark, the check engine light is on but it wont let me scan it, all the test I perform where coming good, there were no voltage drop pcm was reciving its 12 volts on its right pins and was getting its good grounds too on the right pins, so I decided to replace the pcm wich I did and it did the same only with one differnt now the pcm let me scan it and get thye code for the ignition coil driver for high voltage, repair that, then a week later the problem came back, change the pcm again but thise tjme the blazer keeps stalling and the only problem is that i dont have pulse for the injector, I back probe the pin 3 from the red connector and the test led light only shows me ground but the leds light dulls and it doesnt pulse even if i desconect the inyector it does not pulse.
