Hello

I take it you have no codes?

This is difficult as it could be many things.

Have you ruled out fuel delivery, MAF sensor testing and crank&cam sensor?

I've seen a bad fuel pressure regulator case this symptom before now

Like Dreamcatcher300, I'm thinking of a fuel delivery issue. Pumps are a common failure on those. Can you monitor pressure during the start/stall?

Or, get some alternate fuel (carb cleaner, propane, whatever) and feed it into the intake through the brake booster hose. Watch for injector pulse at the same time. If you can keep it running by feeding it fuel, AND the injector pulse doesn't disappear, then definitely look at a fuel delivery issue.

You might also consider that the fuel in the tank may be bad after sitting so long.
