My diagnostic device reports 0.74km/h on all 4 abs sensors with the car parked even though it has no fault code, why or what it can be? In this case I am trying to diagnose why 4WD does not drive the rear wheels of a manual transmission Mitsubishi Outlander 2008.

I am not very experienced with that generation Mitsubishi, but from experience it is not entirely unprecedented for the scan tool to report wheel speed when the vehicle is stationary on SOME brands.
General Motors vehicles from the early 2000's report around 3mph on each sensor not moving
