2010 Charger p0344 was created by inkncraig
Hello ya'll. I am in a bit of a pickle. I have 2010 Charger with a 5.7L with 130K on the clock. Its setting a p0344 code. Customer complains of rough running at highway speeds during a acceleration. I am looking for a known good waveform for the cam and crank signals. The correlation of what I have doesn't match these waveforms. I am asking if the timing has changed for my year of will it be the same. I have taken the capture using a vantage pro. After some digging i found that my waveform does match much closer to a 6.1 or 6.4L engine. This engine does not have an EGR system. I don't think that this is a true 5.7L This Charger is a old retired police car. Do we have a software problem. Am I onto something? Thanks for your time

I put this question into it's own thread so it will get more attention.

"Ground cannot be checked with a 10mm socket"
