Vehicle misfiring, found corrosion in half of the cap on top side, melted in middle and rust on coil wire, underside of cap is good no carbon tracks or corrosion. What could cause this? And how can I find a fully ignition part on an old car like this?
sounds like you found the problem, the cause , maybe they were use to washing engine . you might want to do a full tune up coil , cap, rotor, spark plugs, clean or repair wire. your part store should have them
