Still plugging away when I get time in my drivetrain reinstall. Apparently months ago when I took engine out I broke a couple wires. Oops. One end of both wires is the body ground behind my hand on the firewall right next to the fuel pump relay. Whet they connect to is a mystery, and bbb industries and Mitchell wiring diagrams are no help. Anybody have a thought?

Don't exactly look factory to me. Maybe something that was added on and maybe removed at some point. I would suggest you find a complete vehicle similar to yours to look at. Maybe the local pull-a-part junkyard

Maybe you can find where they're clipped from the engine harness. It's always like deja vu going back to something you pulled the engine out of a long time ago.
I know I've been here before, but the details are foggy...

Quick update. Started engine, she idles pretty nice. Oil pressure gauge does not seem to be working. Not sure if related to mystery wires.
