02 F150 4.6 i hav power to 2 leads at my relay but relay not clicking. From watching ur video if i understood right, my prob is going to be between relay and computer, right? I dont hav a clue where to begin on diagnosing. And yes i my relay is good i swapped them around. Thanks for some guidance
I hav also ran power directly to compressor and it did nothing. At that time i decided to go with new compressor but i dont want to spend the money until i can at least get power to it. Also checked gap .018 on clutch
have you tried jumping the relay? the compressor should engage. but you said you put power directly to it and it did nothing. jumping the relay should put power directly to the compressor. if you dont get any check the wire from the fuse box to the compressor.
