2003 ford mustang U1262 – SCP (J1850) Communication Bus Fault

Hi Guys!

I need help to find the problem on this one

I have
2003 ford mustang GT 4.6L
Manual transmission
the complain is U1262 Trouble code and the Readiness monitors shows N/A when i connect the Snap-on Verus , solos ultra or the Autel Maxidas ds708
I can read codes, Live data on PCM, ABS, and cluster
and when i connect a Generic OBD code reader it freezes or some time i get no communication

the car has no driveability issues i just need to pass smog

i forgot to add this pictures of the monitors

Maybe reconnect with bus and carefully do wiggle test down harness to ecu apart from that I would start with powers and grounds

i did checked all powers and grounds at PCM,
both SCP+ and SCP- are less than 5 Ohms
the only thing that i notice that when the ABS module is connected is when the code reader freezes and when i disconnect the ABS i get communication but no Readiness monitors available.
