Can anyone help freon charge is good low side relay replaced..climate control panel replaced....works when jumped from battery blows ice cold what can i check next???

1. Computer not sending signal to relay
2. Bad relay
3. No power going from relay to clutch
4. Insufficient freon
5. Bad clutch.
