What is your fuel pressure idling and what's the lowest it goes while accelerating (I feed the gauge up to windshield and close hood)

Hi sir I was thinking about your case I have learned you can have fuel pressure but not volume since everything has been changed sounds like a control problem or the fuel pump is working but under load that broken winding is not working hard enough just a thought

I'm a ma'am not a sir (lol) thanks for your suggestion, my friend has been working on it for me, I have never seen a vehicle he couldn't fix, but this one has him stumped, he's the one that has been working on it and now kinda at a stand still. I'm gonna compression test tomorrow, I've also been told maybe intake manafold gasket. All these parts are really adding up, hopefully a fix is coming very soon.

No luck, compression test all okay. Replaced intake manifold gaskets upper and lower, valve cover gaskets and cam shaft sensor/synchronizer. Still backfires and misfires. I don't get this...we changed around plug wires and it runs the same also when checking fuel injectors 2 out of the 6 doesn't change the motor at all when normally it would bog down, (the rest of them do. I cannot afford to keep buying parts that help nothin. ANY have done everything we can think of, my friend wants to try the mas sensor but Im not gonna buy another $90 part for nothing, I need advice any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I don't understand how the when the plug wires are put on any which way how it runs and doesn't change no matter what way u switch em, can put em completely different than firing order and runs without bogging or any hesitation

If you disconnect 2 injectors and nothing changes, then the engine isn't running on those 2 cylinders. A mass air flow sensor isn't going to change that. Could be as simple as having the plug wires on wrong still.

That truck has a waste spark system, so it fires 2 at a time. If you move the plug wires from one tower to the companion tower (the two that are firing in pairs) it wouldn't make a difference.

Find out which 2 cylinders are dead and focus there.
If it's 2 cylinders next to each other, you might want to consider a cylinder leak down test to rule out a head gasket type issue.
