Hello I’m driving a 2012 Buick enclave with the vvt 3.6 I bought this car a few months ago and the people I bought it from and the people they bought it from was fighting this issue. The Buick has been to multiple shops fighting drivability issues bucking and surging no codes well codes come intermittently and they are different each time but mostly fuel related since I’ve had the Vehicle I have been a parts changer until here recently when something lead me to watching scannerdanner
now imma try to explain I’m rich on both banks bank one being the worse -15 then bank 2 is -10 fuel pressure is 60.75 fuel rail pressure is goes anywhere from 400 to 1700 depending on throttle position also bank 1 has slight misfires misfire counter shows maybe gets up to 6 sometimes never high enough to throw codes bank2 never misfires I get an intermittent p0430 but can’t bring myself to change the cat bc I pulled it off and it looks awesome I’ve changed in tank fuel pump fuel rail pressure sensor number 3 coil pack 2 sets of spark plugs battery alternator main power wire from alternator to fuse box and starter (because the end by the alternator was burnt up).also changed bank2 intake cam position sensor Don’t have much history on the vehicle but it was either well taking care of or it was in a crash bc almost probably 90% of the car looks new I’m lost and I don’t wanna be a parts changer need help
There is a list of things that can cause a rich condition. Things like maf, ect, Iat and so on. You can google rich condition and you should get a list. Check them on a scanner for glitches, opens and shorts.
