Nav. Radio loses clock time moves 1 hr ahead .previous destinations go away . And thinks you in wasington dc . Had at dealer for software check last week . They said ant . Was bad ? But when driving down road it knows where your at ! Radio stations ok , they hold memory . Any help out there please . Thanks

Theres a tsb for this did your dealer perform that ? As I recall it has a lot to do with the antenna .

Yes nav would still work I just went through this a month or so ago on a truck it had to go to dealer to get fixed

I'm not sure what they did, it was a customer vehicle that was on for some other work and mentioned the time loss and when I looked into it there was a tsb that involved the dealer contacting on star and something to do with sending it out to gm I don't remember now, I advised the customer to take it to the dealer
