After removing an oxygen sensor sometimes it may be necessary to use a thread chaser on the bung hole.

What type of oil do you guys use on the thread chaser tool to clean the oxygen sensor bung hole threads?

Thread cutting oil if available otherwise whatever lubricant is at hand will do . I should note I've never been impressed with the over the counter thread chasers and I normally end up welding new bungs in when they get buggered
