2001 Volvo XC70 shows variable cam/crank timings while cranking.
Today, i had to replace the VVT-hub on a 2001 Volvo XC70 with the B5244T3 engine.
I took a cam/crank/ignition shoot before i replaced the VVT-hub to compare the timings after i've installed the new VVT-hub. But when i tryed to compare, i've realized, that the timings between CMP/CKP are different after every engine turn. What's going on here? is this normal or is there a mechanical failure?
Check the pics in the attatchment. The caputres are only from one shot while i cranked over the engine. nothing replaced/modified, etc.
