have a 2011 dodge caravan come in with code P0302 cylinder #2 misfire , had replaced all coils and plugs before christmas. discovered a lower plenum leak repaired that . now theres no codes still runs rough at idle and when driven it shakes so bad at 60 km/hr you would think it would set a code but it don't. swapped upstream O2s doesn't change a whole lot.

Since there are no codes, do the misfire pids count up on cylinder two while you experience this shaking?

I don't know what tool you are using, but Chrysler vehicles dont put the misfire data with the rest of the data.
It usually found under functional tests, or system tests under "which cylinder is misfiring"
