Mercedes sprinter 2021 TD 2.1L4 camshaft circuit performance, fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high, throttle pedal position sensor circuit high.
The car go to  limp  mode after a couple minutes of the first start. There is 5v reference at each sensor, but after a few minutes the 5v reference disappeared. Also I can't find the electrical diagram. Can someone help me.

while 5V is present, what's the voltage on the other 2 wires? orange had better stay zero or you may just have a bad ground or splice.

Thanks for the diagram bro.
I have ground on the orange wire. 5v on Y/V, 5v on Y/G. Apparently checking voltages and ground everything looks fine. The problem starts when I turn it on and off, if I start it again it takes a while to start and then I realize that I no longer have a 5v signal.

I have ground on the orange wire. 5v on Y/V, 5v on Y/G.

Was this reading done with back probes or did you disconnect the sensor? If you disconnected it, that may explain the circuit high codes. Does the orange wire show ground with sensor connected?

The loss of 5V could be a sensor pulling the regulator down or just a bad computer.

I wish i could be of more help but the service info in identifix is pretty lacking for this vehicle. The wiring diagrams are not the easy to read redrawn kind, they're OE diagrams, span several pages and the sensor and module names are obfuscated behind nonsensical codes, but on the bright side the wires are labelled so I picked out the relevant ones that utilize a 5v reference.

L5 - Crankshaft position sensor
B5/1 B5/4 - Boost Pressure Sensor
B60 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor
B28/5 - Pressure Sensor downstream of air filter
B28/8 - Differential pressure sensor (DPF)
B4/6 - Fuel high-pressure sensor
B6/1 - Camshaft Hall Sensor
B90 - Exhaust gas recirculation cooling bypass flap Hall sensor
M16/5 - Throttle valve actuator
Y27/9 - Exhaust gas recirculation positioner
B2/5 - Hot film mass air flow sensor
B40/6 - Engine oil level sensor
M55  - Intake port shutoff actuator motor

I found the problem.
The engine harness is rubbing against a brake and with the vibration it began to come off and when the engine vibrated a lot it made contact with the ground and the 5v reference was removed.
