Does any one know the procedure to make a Toyota pass thru set up?
so far I have done the following:
1) A suitable j2534 interface is ready; Mine a Bosch KTS 560.
2) I have Registered with The Toyota Tech.eu which deals with this in Europe.
3) The next step is to down load the specific Toyota software in order to install this in my Laptop. This is not clear in that Toyota.Tech.ue; of course I have sent an enquiry email to their system and not sure if I will receive a replay.
It is helpful if a colleague has done this Toyota pass thru and can advice the sequence in steps; i.e. Which comes first Downloading the software, then connect to a Toyota car or the down load is carried out after paying the fess and after connecting to a car and putting the VIN?

I can only speak from personal experience from the United States but for the most part you setup your j2534 tool with the drivers on the computer your going to use, Go to the toyota system and register and take the subscription, download the techstream lite (maybe called different in the uk) and install it, plug into the vehicle and perform your flash.
When you register an account you will need to validate your email and when you take a subscription you will need to validate the subscription from an email sent after your purchase of the subscription (kind of weird) After you validate your subscription it will take 10 minutes before the system will allow you to log in and use it.
FYI; if you change or replace your laptop, you will need to call in and unvalidate the old computers license before one can take its place. Only one license per user agreement.

Thank you very much for the Information. The tip really helped in figuring out how to accomplish the registration. In my case of using the Toyota Europe portal; the answer was to copy the subscription/ License activation ID and past this in the required key number field then click register software, this then open another additional page in which another ID to copied and pasted again in that key field.
