2005-2009 Pontiac torrent. I have a junkyard Navigation radio from a 2008 Acadia with Bose and rear entertainment center. I have a elm327 obd2 scanner , I want to fix gm theftlock Acadia radio while installed in 2009 Pontiac Torrent thru obd2 port using elm327 terminal programming codes. I saw some said they could do it on another forum handle "gmman" of course post was over a year ago and I messaged him, of course their is no reply. Can someone come up with the commands and sequence needed to fix gm theftlock.

As far as I know, the only way to get the radio to work is to program the VIN, and the only way I know how to do that is using the GM Techline Connect programming software with a capable J2534 interface.
I don't think there's an aftermarket scan tool that will do this.
