It seems that your Cylinder1 have a mechanical Problem (not properly closing valves or borken piston-ring). 90Psi is definetly too low!
Make a leakdown test to figure out, where the pressure goes.

I think you already answered your own question. Next thing I'd do is check with an in cylinder pressure transducer, or pull valve cover and see what you can see.

God bless you my brothers and sisters.
I just had one with the same problem it had a bent vavle. I removed the vavle cover and found the that the rocker fell off.

I had a couple overheat and drop valve seats out of the head holding the valve open

Yep, time to pull the head. No other way to go. Burnt or bent valve, or something wrong with the seat. You can pull the Valve Cover & maybe see more symptoms, but fixing it will require the head to be removed.

Another vote to pull the head. Valve seats fall out of these all the time, and cause the valve to hang open.
If you're gonna pull the head, consider getting the timing chain holding tool while you're at it:
www.jbtoolsales.com/otc-522902-timing-chain-holder/
It's not required, but it sure does make the job of resetting timing easier.
