Hi ive got a 98 toyota tacoma 3rz 2.7 litre engine having high idle issues. No check engine light changed idle air because old one was stuck. Computer is controlling it and i am able to open and close valve using a scanner down to specified rpm which is 750 to 850 rpm manufactures spec but idling at 1250 rpm. Throttle plate has been cleaned and checked engine coolant temperature sensor appears to be working fine and no apparent vaccum leaks. Truck has egr delete which should have nothing to do with idle issue please let me know if any suggestions. Thanks
