Symptoms surfaced after car overheated.
Car cranks normally. After 3 seconds of cranking it hesitates to start but does not. After removing the spark plugs to remove unfired fuel it starts and runs normal. Once it reaches operating temperature the car can be shut on and off without problems. When the car cools down it will not start again. Repeating the process.
Compression test done, results ok
Parts checked/replaced
MAF
Spark plugs
Spark plugs wires
Cool temperature sensor
Fuel rail pressure sensor
Coil pack
First thing that comes to mind is coolant getting into cylinders (overheated, warped head, blown headgasket, ect)
2nd would be a valve sealing issue from the overheating
I might try an injector balance test to see if one is leaking, in case there isn't a real link to the overheating. Was that issue addressed and what caused it?
