got in started the car no problem added more fuel and he went home
car now at my workshop has a p2293 code any ideas will help. It will be serviced it has 407 000 km on the clock it is a 3.6 l petrol
thanks
That code pertains to the fuel pressure sensor. Its reading a difference in pressure between actual fuel pressure and desired fuel pressure.
Areas of concern (Not in any specific order)
1. Fuel Pressure Sensor
2. Fuel Pressure Regulator
3. Fuel Pump
4. Fuel Level
5. Electrical Wiring to Pressure Sensor, Pump and I believe the regulator as well.
