Hey guys this is the problem. I work at a used car dealership and they have a 2014 corvette stingray they told me the check engine was on so I check the car and it’s not on but there is a p129d code . I tried to clear this but it won’t clear . I haven’t driven this car because it’s sitting on the showroom floor . I checked fuses Ect . Now they want me to see if this module got unplugged well haven’t done any of this kind of work before and I can’t find any info on where this is located or even if I’m chasing a problem that’s even related to this file pump driver module. Help I need a direction on how to handle this beast . I know you all might need more information . I need a direction on this. Thanks
Thank you for your information. Yes it’s a 6.2 I will check these voltage on the wires as soon as I can . I’m a brake technician who is trying to expand my abilities to the dealership I work for I’ve been here 9 years and before that I had my own shop ( tires and brakes and some diagnostic work ) but I have been out of the loop 9 years just bought a used verus I’m tired of being a parts changer. Thank you all for your knowledge and help.
Yes this is actually the first video I have seen on this code . I don’t want to sound stupid but any idea where this module is located on this 14 corvette stingray 6.2?
