P0308 - Did you dry out the water in the spark plug tube? Do you have spark from the #8 coil? Coil & injector control? Tell us what your missing & we can guide you further/farther.
P0174 - Possible vacuum leak, maybe an intake gasket?
O2 sensor is normal when the misfire isn't acting up?
You have to get the misfire fixed first.

Coolant in the spark plug tube? What's the 8th digit of the VIN? I ask because if it uses a plastic intake plenum, then it's WAY more likely that the intake itself is cracked and leaking coolant into the plug tubes. Happens all the time.

Agreed. Intake gasket or the intake itself. Head gasket couldn't get into the spark plug tube. Only other option would be a weirdly cracked cylinder head. You should be able to clean up the area & pressure test the cooling system. Problem should be obvious.
