So I got the resistors and cut the wires from the vats plug key resisters r 3.570 and I got two resistors maching it to3.574 or so but no difference than I too the original key and put it in the vats gnotion and at the plug I can read the keys resistors at the 3.570k so that would mean the ignition tube is sending the key thru the wires right no fuses blown took the car apart what els can I check?

Measure both wires that go to the key resistor, or your now added resistor with the key on and give me the voltage readings compared to a known good body ground.

The VATS decoder module, if conditions are correct, produces a 30khz or 50khz 5v square square wave (depending on if it is Passkey I or Passkey II). When the PCM sees this signal on circuit 229 (drk blu), it is satisfied that everything is "OK" and enables fuel/crank.
If you are good with a soldering pencil, you can go to RadioShack and, for $20, buy everything you need to produce that signal.
This will TOTALLY by-pass the ENTIRE theft deterrent/VATS system. Not just the Key Pellet. You can remove the vats decoder module and throw it away.

The difference between 30 khz and 50 khz is the R2 resistance value. I put a variable resistor on this module, so I can switch between passkey I and Passkey II. Normally, you would encapsulate it in a case.

So the voltage is key off purple white wire -0.32 and key on -1.36
The black white wire is key off -1.98 and with key on -5.23 to -5.30
If resistor in place it’s like this
Key off -1.98 black white wire
Key off -030 purple white wire
Key on -5.23 to -4.98 purple white wire
Key on -1.98 white black wire
Not they the wires going from the orange wire to the ignition key r both white colours change affter the plug into black/white and purple/white if this makes sense???
