Any suggestions for how to find a decent mechanic? In the San Francisco Bay Area, I've been challenged in getting decent work done and I suspect I've been scammed a few times by who I thought was my trusted mechanic. I only have a passing interest in doing the work myself, anyone have good experience with mid peninsula shops?
