Hello I’m having trouble understanding how this system works. I have a crank but no start on this 2002 grand Cherokee with 4.7 engine noticed the antitheft light is on and I have a no comm on PCM. I’m trying to understand if I need to attack the PCM problem first because it might have something to do with the theft system. I have already checked both my 5v reference circuits and they seem to be fine. My ASD relay is not being commanded to give power to my coils. Would like a little help if possible

Can you communicate with other modules? Do the 12v power points/cigar lighters work?

With the key on, do you have battery voltage on FUSE 12 (10 amp) -Junction Block behind left side of dash ?

AND

Fuse 6 (30 amp) -Power Distribution Center At right, front corner of eng compartment, next to battery?

Let me check on these fuses to make sure I’m not overlooking something
