australian mitsubishi express primary ignition.

hi everyone. I have a 2011 Mitsubishi express van (think its also called an l400 but I'm not sure) - 2.4l 4g64 engine. I cannot access a wiring diagram via aftermarket means and manufactures in Aus don't have to give out information by law at the moment (we are working on it). this vehicle was towed in with a no start, no fire. died on the customer as he was diving. 1/3 ignition coil is putting out very weak spark, at idle is runs rough with the occasion miss but when revd it breaks down bad. if you drive it, it wont go over 30km/h. found crank angle sensor wiring had been rubbing on the timing belt and suspect shorted these wires. I believe the ignition module isn't grounding that coil properly causing this but without a wiring diagram I'm up shite creek. attached is the wave forms I have from the primary ignition. 1/3 coil has very low amperage and high voltage during the dwell time. does my diagnosis of bad ignition module sound reasonable??

2011, I have edited my post to reflect this. I should have put that in originally. Silly me.

It looks like we don't get that, here in the states. I can find 2.4l 4g69 engine.
