Okay so its a 4.9 liter. Same deal as the one in your "but kicked video". Anywho no fuel pressure and only sparks when spout is unpluged ( jumper). Need help . my big thin is that there is no prime from the pump but when key is turned indonhere the relay click. ?

My guess is that you have a bad PCM. Check your powers and grounds. Check the IDM/START circuit. Unplugging the SPOUT takes the computer's influence out of the equation. The computer is not needed to create spark. A PIP signal is all the ICM needs, besides power and ground.
