Started as customer saying he got battery relplaced, now it stalls every so often. When I got to it, it had only 4 codes, all 4 o2 heater circuit high codes, and hesitant start up. Checked out the heater circuits and everthing fine. Found dirty TB, cleaned it and it started much better with a rev flare and comes back down stable. Thought I was done. Test drove 2 miles and it stalled pulling back into the lot. Found that if i turned key off, it would start everytime.

After a few days of testing the code list grows and now it is a crank/ no start before I replaced anything. I have sensor voltage ref and APP codes. Both ref are 4.99 V at the PCM and at any component using one of the ref. App 1 and 2 data PIDs change when I move pedal. I unplugged and checked V ref at the APP. It uses both ref 1 and 2, and they were both 4.99 V. Read a common issue is OPS brings ref down, but it had 4.99 on OPS plugged in and unplugging it changed nothing. Tried an APP relearn but that set more codes.

I saw I was still getting cam and crank signals, but looking closer found ckp glitching, so I pulled the ckp sensor out and had someone spin crankshaft by hand while I looked at the reluctor teeth. Everything looked good, so I replaced ckp and cmp. Yesterday after the ckp replacement I got a beautiul ckp signal with consistent spark, but no inj pulse. Today in morning back to a glitching ckp, inconsistent soark, no inj control. Now it has a throttle cant close p2111 code so seems like it jus keeps getting worse. Throttle blade % PID says 100% but the throttle plate is closed and can be moved with my hand. Did the ETC follower test with scanner and theottle plate does not move when you move accel pedal. Yesterday I thought maybe pcm thinks its in clear flood mode but today I dont have consistent spark again either. But I smell fuel at tailpipe.

Pictures-
Clipboard has P’s and G’s at PCM, as well as codes that popped up during testing before replacing anything. First scanner shot is codes that were not originally there, but once they came up they would not clear. Second scanner shot is codes that came up and wpuld not clear after APP relearn. I want to say p2111 came up before relearn but don’r remember exactly. This job is a big blur now.
First scope shot is when it was running but I cranked in clear flood mode to get cranking speed known good signals. crank (yellow) and cam (green). Scope shots after the first one are coil control (yellow), inj control (green), ckp (red), cmp (blue). 2nd scope is after the stalling changed to crank/no start.
Can see ckp is not as consistent and neither is spark, and no inj control. 3rd scope os after replacing ckp and cmp; ckp is great and have consistent spark again. But no injector control. Let it sit overnight with battery cables together to clear PCM and hopefully any logic lock-up, but no luck. 4th scope shit is in the morning today. Back to a bad ckp signal with inconsistent spark and no Inj control. Last scope shot is idling before stalling turned into a crank/no start.
