Is there any driveability symptoms, or trouble codes? My first thought is that could be a default number or substituted value displayed during closed loop operation
Make sure the loop status displays "closed loop" before putting much stock in fuel trims.
I like to check generic obd 2 data when I see unfamiliar or unexpected fuel trim values. It's helpful to check them at different RPM ranges after the engine and the O2s are heated up.

Any way you could take a screenshot and post it here? Not that I doubt what you're seeing, just never seen trim numbers like that before.

If you're looking at Global data, there are some PIDs that can be misleading. 'Short Term Fuel Trim B1S2' or 'Short Term Fuel Trim B2S2' will display 99.7% on most scanners, and are NOT true fuel trim readings.

A video would work! If you saved the scan data, you can connect the Modis to your computer and use ShopStream Connect to open the data file. Makes reviewing data much easier. ;-)

Or, if you want to take some smartphone pictures, you can upload those directly to the forum for posting. Just make sure they're less than 5 MB.

Are you just looking at your scan data values to learn? Or are you having an issue with your truck?
If there are no issues and no check engine light, here are your options:
#1 You a viewing downstream trim numbers that are not valid on your vehicle
#2 You are using a scan tool that is giving you some b.s. data

I had an egr code going off and then when I tested it again to see if everything was fixed I saw the fuel trims. No codes are present now. I just put in new o2 sensors like an idiot lol

I watch you read them all the time on your Versus and I thought my modis should show fuel trim results also????...????

Your Modis should have no trouble displaying fuel trims on your B4000. Are you using Global or OEM data?

There's no direct way to upload videos to the forums, so we've been using other hosts. YouTube works. I've also used Vimeo in the past, very easy to upload videos from my phone.

After it's uploaded, you can just copy the link into a message here.
