The vehicle has difficulty starting in the morning (it usually takes 4 to 20 times to crank in order to start)
When I spray propane or brake cleaner in the intake the car starts immediately.
It sounds good at idle but when I press the gas pedal it hesitates and shuts off.
If I wait for couple of minutes at idle it's ready to go.
You have established the problem is lack of enrichment at cold start. I would start by reading the coolant temperture data PIDS with the engine cold it should be close to ambient temperature, if it reading high you won't get cold start enrichment.
The next thing I would check is fuel pressure: Check how the fuel pressure a builds when you crank the engine , if it dosen't build to specificified pressure quickly it points to a fuel pressure problem.
