God bless you my brothers and sisters.
Today i got this van 2000 ford e250 with a po401 customer complaint is lack of power. The only code is po401 i took a quick look and saw the DPFE vacumm hoses missing. I will replace the vacumm hoses tomorrow question is would this cause lack of power?
Thank you for your help.

Hey gilbert! Negative on the missing vacuum hoses to the EGR causing low power.
You could, however, use the DPFE ports to look for a plugged cat? Which is somewhat likely for this MY.

God bless you my brother's and sister's.
Tyler and Cheryl thank you for your responds. I disconnected the tube that goes to the manifold and I got a better response from the engine. It turned out that the cat's were plugged thank you for your help.

Ooooh, good thinking by removing the tube. Tons easier than removing upstream O2's on this truck, provided that the tube isn't rusted onto the manifold.
