I have Verus and Low Amp Probe. I dont know if it fuse or relay for fuel pump?

Try fuse EFI No1 (25 amp) in the engine compartment but ISTR it supplies more than the fuel pump.

I did but it doesnt give me pure waveform of fuel pump since it is related to some other components too.

Apparently Toyota call the fuel pump relay the "Circuit Opening" relay or "CIR OPN" I will see if I can dig up more

You could also try jumping across the load side of the C/OPN relay, and take a current reading there. Be careful to make sure you're jumping the correct pins, as always.
