03 tacoma 2.4 2wd auto, base model. Has p0171 lean code. Fuel trims are maxed out positive like 50% all of the time. Then after cleaing a/f ratio sensor i got code p2237.I replaced bank1 sensor1 and the truck remaind in fuel control while driving basically until i hit operating temp then gradually back up to max the truck never stumbles or stalls and starts every time. Only real symptoms are check engine light and fuel smell at idle.

I would add propane and see if Bank 1, Sensor 2 reacts.
At your screen shot time 1256-the bank 1 sensor 2 is 0 volts, something wrong there. See if your scanner has a current pid to monitor your upstream wideband sensor on bank 1. your fault code tells us the "+" current circuit is open. That is what I would be checking.
