Hello my daughter has a 2014 Chevy Cruze it started causing problems first it Revs then the doors start locking and unlocking on their own and a Service Steering fluid comes out on dash board now besides those on the dash board it shows traction control and it started hesitating to go over 40 and the rpm stay on one level for example they stay at 3 and don’t go up. You can hear it when it drives. We replaced the negative battery cables thinking maybe it is that and it is still doing this problem. I am being told that it could be an electrical problem but I don’t know where to start
