obd 1 on a olds cutless quad driver 4 bad? I hope this is in the right section
new member here I'm Mitch have a problem I'm pulling my hair out with . on a 94 olds cutless supreme 3.1 or 3100 bad quad driver
scan tool reporting quad driver 4 bad .all wiring checked PCM is fine but I had a spare PCM replaced it same code on bosh obd 1 and obd 2 combo scanner.. all I can find wrong is the tcc is applying on top of 2 nd gear as soon as it changes causes a chuggle and the tcc is working at 45 mph the pwm solenoid goes from zero to 100 percent soon as 2 is applied by the way it is an auto . and will not release in any gear untill the second gear switch is actavated . all the transmission switches solenoids are properly working I'm thinking the pressure screen in the valve body has come loose or a check ball .thats all I can think of any input is appreciated Mitch P
