Need some trouble shooting tips where to look.
My 262500 miles 1997 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L engine won't start checked
spark (great),
checked compression (good), oil pressure (great),
fuel rail pressure ignition on engine off (over 45 psi) turning engine over (55psi) great
Checked injector pulse with light (good on all 6 cylinders)
Checked injectors (good)
Put fuel directly into intake engine starts then quits engines not getting enough fuel but don't know why

I moved your question to your own thread in the repair questions section.
More people will see it here and give you some ideas.
If the car has been sitting, I would suspect fuel quality and possibly gummed up injectors.
You would think it unlikely that 6 injectors would be clogged, but I've seen it.
If you've got a scan tool with bidirectional controls, you should be able to perform an injector flow test to prove it.
I know you said you checked the injectors, but you could've meant with an ohm meter, so I figured it was worth bringing up.
The pressure sounds good, does it hold steady when you shut the engine off?
Oh, and I forgot about anti theft!
Does the security lamp illuminate momentarily when you turn the key on then go out like it should?
You'll have injector pulse momentarily even with an anti theft issue on some GM cars of that vintage.
