2020 Chevy Silverado 4x4 trailboss crew 5.3 L84 v8 with 10L90e trans. 75k miles
Squirrel ate coil wires 2-4-6 cut wires completely hanging. No idea what wire goes where.
each coil has 4 wires. Three of those wires all are the same on each of the coils VIO/BLU, BLK/GRY and BLK and then each coil has its own separate color signal wire. How do I know what one of the three cut VIO/BLU wires goes to what coil? From the wiring schematics it appears the color wires they share all intersect so it don’t matter what VIO/BLU goes to what coil. And so on, Or does it? Before rodent had lunch truck had NO check engine light. After repair check light throws P0430 code( bank 2 converter efficiency) truck drove 7 miles with 2-4-6 cylinders not firing did it hurt the cat? The bank 2 downstream o2 sensor has four wires one being a VIO/BLU is it wiring? I’m stumped.
Member Paul has Posted Schematics right below in a link. Thanks Paul!
Thanks for posting the schematics Paul!. I’m not even sure how to post from AllData to here. Did you have to scan the printout? I tried at work quick and had trouble. I’m an auto metal fabricator. Don’t do much Diag on welding on hot rods but I’m pretty sure I’m not missing anything. It’s my Dads truck.
