2012 Altima , tach & radio led readout

Hi all, have a 2012 Altima-S 2.5 sedan, runs great, but it has a intermitting condition. on some start up's the radio program read is out  and at same time the tach will not go above 1000 RPM. I can shut it off and restart and that takes care of the problem until the next start but it does not do it everytime. I have replaced the IMDB with a few used ones to cure a no current to the AC clutch this cured that problem but it still has this intermitting problem. everything else works ok. no code's. I have no hair left to pull out. and it's the wifes car.    on the self test and the live data on my scanner I see noting wrong.
