Hello,
When I checked my VGT solenoid valve control line voltage w/plugged it shows 2.9V with key on and 3.5V bias unplugged. I checked wiring for shorts and all clear. I took my PCM to 2 repair services and both answer was "No any fault in the ECU and it is normal for those type solenoids"
PCM is EDC16C39 and VGT solenoid IC driver is TLE6244X. 
Could someone please (who has VGT solenoid) check on his car voltage on control line of the solenoid?
And who has experience with TLE6244X?
