My 4 runner is throwing a p0171 and P0174 lean bank 1 and bank 2. It’s a 4.7 v8. However, the vehicle is running very rough after it warms up and is also running extremely rich. Dark gray smoke out of exhaust and condensation after it sits for a while and dries out. It’s fouled all 8 plugs on both banks. I replaced the upstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 a few months back as it was throwing a code for it. Checked for vacuum leaks with smoke machine found 1 very small one corrected it and still running and driving terrible. Not sure what to do here, any advice appreciated!!!!!
