Hello I am new here I'm from Arizona and just bought the premium. I have a gmc truck that won't start. I started it off with exchanging the motor and put a rebuild motor in but, the engine was making a lot of noise so I put it back out. I ordered a crate motor and put that in. And now it won't start. I scan it and no communication with the ecm. I have check all of the sensor 5volt reference there all good got 5volts. Power to the ecm are good and ground is good also. And my fuses are all good too. I have change out the fuse box still nothing. And I change out the ecm and still nothing. I don't have a oscilloscope or any of expensive tools to work with like a snap on scanner. The one thing I did on the second time putting the motor back out. Was they asked me how many miles on the vehicle was, with the motor being out I connected the battery with everything unplug to check the mileage. Maybe that's the cause of not starting when i turn on the key, IDK and no communication with ecm/pcm. I have check out some of scannerdanner videos tutorials and still looking at some vidoes. Would greatly appreciated any help from anybody.
