2013 ford escape 1.6 ecoboost no spark no injector pulse
Good day everyone. So I am working on a 13 ford escape 1.6 ecoboost. Another tech replaced the valve cover gasket and after that experienced a no start. He replaced the crank sensor , both cam sensors , fuel pressure sensor and a new pcm. Here are my findings. No codes , no flashing theft light. 12v from fuse is present at coils when key on and cranking. Ground present at coils. Control wire from pcm showing less than 1v when key on and cranking . At injectors less than 1v on injector + circuit, and no pulse. I disconnected pcm and tested circuits to coils and to injectors and found less than 1ohm resistance between pcm and the connectors. I tested each wire for a short to ground and found no short to ground. Tested each injector across the 2 pins and found less than 2ohms. I do not see any disconnected grounds , ran my own wire from cylinder head to good ground incase of poor ground somewhere. Pid for crank sensor shows around 250rpm when cranking. Pid for cam crank correlation shows in sync and at cam pids when cranking they stay at 0%. If i remove the pcm power relay the injectors get 12v so it seems like the pcm is cutting the power. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
